Pillar V is about building and sustaining the relationships that make a whole-community approach to school safety real. That means breaking down silos between schools and the systems around them, creating genuine channels for family involvement, and ensuring that every stakeholder who has a role in a child's wellbeing is connected, informed, and empowered to play it.
