What is this pillar?

Intervention is the pillar that activates. When warning signs have been identified — whether through a teacher's concern, a tip line report, or a behavioral threat assessment — Pillar III is where the school community responds with speed, coordination, and care.

This is not about zero-tolerance policies or automatic discipline. PCI's intervention framework is built around connecting students to the right support at the right time — mental health services, law enforcement coordination, family engagement, or crisis response — depending on what the situation actually calls for.

Done right, intervention saves two kids at once: the one who might have been harmed, and the one who was crying out for help.
